These Terms and Conditions state the terms under which you may use Healthetreatment’s website at healthetreatment.cdmail.biz (the ‘Site’) and services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Healthetreatment. By using this Site, either as a visitor or as a registered member, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions of use, do not use this Site.

Healthetreatment may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated version to this web page. Your continued usage of the Site will mean you accept those changes. You should visit this page periodically to review the most current Terms and Conditions because they are binding on you.

This Site Does Not Provide Medical Advice

Healthetreatment is an independent, privately funded social media website. Healthetreatment captures information from visitors who register, then displays that information, in aggregate, on its web pages.

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, buttons, icons, descriptions, ratings, treatments, dosages, outcomes, charts, profiles, photographs, advice, comments, reviews, resources, messages, information from Healthetreatment licensors, and other information or materials contained on the Site (the ‘Content’), are provided for informational purposes only. Neither the Content nor information or materials communicated by Healthetreatment members or other visitors is a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. It is not intended to be used to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any condition or disease, or to assess the status of your health. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, before starting any new treatment or making any changes to existing treatment, or before taking any prescription or over the counter drugs. Reliance on any information provided by Healthetreatment, on persons appearing on the Site at the invitation of Healthetreatment, or on other members or visitors is solely at your own risk.

The Site may contain health- or medical-related materials that are sexually explicit. If you find these materials offensive, you may not want to use the Site.

Healthetreatment Content

Healthetreatment authorizes you to view and access a single copy of the Content available on or from the Site solely for your personal non-commercial use. The Content is protected under both United States and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. All Content is the property of Healthetreatment or its content suppliers or clients. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all Content on the Site is the exclusive property of Healthetreatment and is protected by United States and foreign copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate these laws, and is strictly prohibited. You must retain all copyright, trademark, service mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Content on any authorized copy you make of the Content.

You agree not to sell or modify the Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose, in connection with products or services that are not those of the Site, in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, that disparages or discredits Healthetreatment or its licensors, that dilutes the strength of Healthetreatment’s or its licensor’s property, or that otherwise infringes Healthetreatment’s or its licensor’s intellectual property rights. You further agree to in no other way misuse Content that appears on this Site. The use of the Content on any other Web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. Any code that Healthetreatment creates to generate or display any Content or the pages making up the Site is also protected by Healthetreatment’s copyright and you may not copy or adapt such code.

Except as expressly provided herein, you may not use, download, upload, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, distribute, modify, remove or create derivative works of any information from the Site in whole or in part without the prior written permission of Healthetreatment.

Eligibility

The Site is not available for use by minors (those under 18 years of age, or otherwise under applicable law), or individuals or organizations who cannot form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you do not qualify, please do not use the Site. By using this Site, accepting these Terms and Conditions or registering as a member you represent and warrant to Healthetreatment that (i) you are age 18 or older or (ii) you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms and Conditions. You also represent and warrant that you will use the Site in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Children’s Privacy

Healthetreatment is committed to protecting the privacy of children. This Site is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 13. Healthetreatment does not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is a child under the age of 13.

Description of Service

The Site provides a service (“Service”) whereby patients, caregivers, doctors, researchers and other health industry companies come together to share experiences and information for the benefit of one another. The Service includes access to the Site, including condition, symptom, and treatment descriptions and ratings provided by Site visitors as well as other features that augment or enhance the Service. ‘Ratings’ refers to the responses of visitors and/or members relating to the severity of a condition, the effectiveness of treatments and the causes of conditions. Healthetreatment is constantly innovating and seeks to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Service which Healthetreatment provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Service at any time, without needing to inform Healthetreatment.

Site Restrictions

Users may not use the Site in order to transmit, post, distribute, store or destroy material, including without limitation, Content, (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others, or (c) that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful. You understand that using the Site for an illegal purpose or in violation of the restrictions above, may result in removal of content and/or termination of your membership with or ability to access the Site or any Service.

Users are also prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including without limitation, the following activities:1) using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site or content provided on the Site for any purposes; 2) posting content on the Site that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spiders, or other programs intended to damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; 3) attempting to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site; 4) using or collecting contact information (including email addresses) about Healthetreatment members to facilitate the sending of unsolicited bulk communications such as SPAM; or 5) obtaining or attempting to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.

The content available on the Site is for personal, individual, non-commercial use only. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses are not allowed to become members or use the Site without express consent from Healthetreatment.

You agree not to disclose any personally identifiable information about other members that you learn using this Site without the express consent of such member. You may disclose general, non-identifying information to third parties subject to the above restriction on non-commercial use.

Registration Information

When you register with the Site, you will be asked to create an account and provide Healthetreatment with certain information, including without limitation, your birth year, a valid email address, gender, zip code, username, password and health information. The information you submit will be used in accordance with Healthetreatment’s privacy policy. When registering as a member, you agree to not impersonate another person

Healthetreatment reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you based on the preferences that you identify in your registration and at any time thereafter; such offers may be made by Healthetreatment or by third parties. Please see Healthetreatment’s Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference, for further details regarding your information.

Without limiting any of the other disclaimers of warranty set forth in these Terms and Conditions, Healthetreatment does not provide or make any representation as to the quality or nature of any of the third party products or services purchased, or any other representation, warranty or guaranty. Any such undertaking, representation, warranty or guaranty would be furnished solely by the provider of such third party products or services, under the terms agreed to by the provider.

You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account, and that if you cancel your account, all your account information will be removed from the Healthetreatment contract databases. However, any health information (e.g. conditions, treatments, symptoms and comments) you have provided before requesting deletion will remain in aggregate form in the Healthetreatment database. In addition, any comments you have provided that were linked to your username will remain and become anonymous in the event you cancel your account.

Password, Login and Security

You represent and warrant that the information you provide when registering as a member, and all information you subsequently provide, is true, accurate, current, and not misleading. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or misleading, or Healthetreatment has a reasonable ground to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or misleading, Healthetreatment has the right to suspend or terminate your membership and refuse any or all current or future use of the Site and/or Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, whether or not authorized by you. If you allow third parties to access the Site with your login and password information, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Healthetreatment and its affiliates and licensors against any liability, costs, expenses or damages arising out of claims or suits by third parties based upon or relating to such access and use, and your membership may be suspended or terminated. You agree to immediately notify Healthetreatment of any unauthorized use of your password or login or any other breach of security.

Member Submissions

As a member, you may post messages, comments, ratings, resources that may be of use to other members and visitors, images, information and other content (“Submissions”). You understand that all Submissions submitted, posted or displayed by you on or through the Site is the sole responsibility of the person from which such Submission originated. Healthetreatment claims no ownership or control over any Submission. You (or the author) own the copyright in the content you post, but by posting such content you grant Healthetreatment and our affiliates a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free, perpetual, non-revocable license to use, copy, publish, display, perform, distribute, translate, edit, reproduce, transmit, and create derivative works of your Submissions, subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy. You agree that this license includes a right for Healthetreatment to make such content available to other companies, organizations, or individuals with whom Healthetreatment has relationships, and to use such content in connection with the provision of those services. You understand that Healthetreatment, in performing the required technical steps to provide the Service to our users, may (a) transmit or distribute your content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your content as are necessary to conform and adapt that content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services, or media. As an example, Healthetreatment may edit content provided by you, including the Condition Name, Symptom Name, Treatment Name, and Cause Name. Editing is required for the standardization of data, and to ensure consistency within and across disease states and types. Editing also leads to a much improved user experience on the Site. Editing is entirely and exclusively at Healthetreatment’s discretion. You agree that this license shall permit Healthetreatment to take these actions. Healthetreatment reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any Submission in its sole discretion.

You also represent and warrant that you have the right to grant or that the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant, the license stated above. If you post Submissions on the Site, you also permit any user to access, display, view, store and reproduce such Submission for personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions of use. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such Submission placed on the Site retains any and all rights that may exist in such Submission.

The personal information you submit to Healthetreatment during the registration process is governed by the Healthetreatment privacy policy. In addition, certain personal health information (ratings for severity of symptoms, effectiveness of treatments, and conditions, causes of conditions) is not linked to your username and is displayed in aggregate form, but any comments posted on the Site are visible to everyone and will be linked to your username unless you affirmatively choose to have your comments appear anonymously under ‘My Preferences’. Members may edit their username, password, email address, comments or reviews, symptoms and descriptions, treatments and reviews, or causes at any time. However, members may not edit or delete other information provided such as conditions, year of birth, gender, year of diagnosis, and zip code. You may have access to, review, correct, update, change or delete your account profile information and health profile information (including whether or not to display comments or reviews anonymously) at any time. To change your health profile information, simply log into your account, go to My Health Profile and click edit to make the necessary changes. To change your account profile and preferences, log into your account, click My Preferences and make any necessary changes.

By using this Site, you acknowledge that Healthetreatment does not control in any manner the nature, quality, or accuracy of member Submissions, including without limitation ratings and comments. You agree that Healthetreatment is a neutral forum for people coming together in the search for health information. The Healthetreatment platform is not moderated. All members are by default considered as non medical professionals. Members must behave at all times with respect and honesty. If postings of a member violate these Terms and Conditions, in Healthetreatment’s sole discretion, such member’s content may be removed and such member’s membership and or ability to access the Site and/or Service may be terminated with or without notice from Healthetreatment. You acknowledge that Healthetreatment acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of member Submissions and has no obligation to screen Submissions, communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring Submissions posted by members. However, Healthetreatment may review and remove any Submission that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms and Conditions, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the safety of, users of the Site. Healthetreatment reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the Site and/or use of the Service for violating these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws, rules or regulations. Healthetreatment may take any action with respect to Submissions that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that such Submission could create liability for Healthetreatment, damage Healthetreatment’s brand or public image, or cause Healthetreatment to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its suppliers.

Members are asked to give references or links to any health/medical information they believe might be useful to other Site visitors (such references or links referred to herein as ‘Resource Information’ or ‘resources’).

Submissions posted to the Site express the views and opinions of the author, not Healthetreatment, and Healthetreatment does not accept any liability or responsibilities for any Submissions or Resource Information posted by members. Members must post information which are true and correct to their knowledge.

Healthetreatment does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of Submissions, Resource Information or any other communications posted by users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk. You understand that you are entirely responsible for all information or other content that you upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit on the Site, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted.

The following is a partial list of content that is prohibited on the Site. The list below is for illustration only and is not a complete list of all prohibited content. You agree not to post or upload any content to the Site that:

is implicitly or explicitly offensive, such as Submissions that engage in, endorse or promote racism, bigotry, discrimination, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
harasses, incites harassment or advocates harassment of any group or individual;
involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”;
promotes or endorses inaccurate, false or misleading information or illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
promotes or endorses an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work, such as providing or making available pirated computer programs or links to them, providing or making available information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing or making available pirated music or other media or links to pirated music or other media files;
contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images;
displays or links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind;
provides or links to material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
provides instructional information about illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms, including without limitation, making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, providing or creating computer viruses or pirating any media;
is an advertisement (links, banners, buttons, content etc.) or is a solicitation of business; or
solicits passwords or personal identifying information from other users

Healthetreatment does not necessarily monitor any materials posted, transmitted, or communicated to or within the Site. If you believe that something on the Site violates these Terms and Conditions please contact our designated agent set forth in the Section entitled ‘Identification of Agent to Receive Notification and Elements of Notification of Claimed Copyright or Trademark Infringement’ below.

If notified by a user of Content or other materials which allegedly do not conform to these Terms and Conditions, Healthetreatment may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to take any other actions whether to remove or request the removal of the Content. Healthetreatment has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.

We appreciate hearing from our users and welcome your comments regarding our Service and the Site. Please be advised, however, that our policy does not permit us to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, inventions or materials other than those which we have specifically requested. While we do value your feedback on our Service, please be specific in your comments regarding our Service and do not submit creative ideas, inventions, suggestions, or materials. If, despite our request, you send us creative suggestions, ideas, drawings, concepts, inventions, or other information (collectively the “Suggestions”), the Suggestions shall be the property of Healthetreatment. None of the Suggestions shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on our part and we shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Suggestion. Healthetreatment shall own exclusively all now known or later discovered rights to the Suggestions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Suggestions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you or any other person.

Healthetreatment Liability

The Site acts as a venue for people in search of health information and Healthetreatment does not screen or censor member profiles or member Submissions. Healthetreatment is not involved in communications between Healthetreatment members. As a result, Healthetreatment has no control over and makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of any member profile or posted content. In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. Healthetreatment will not disclose your contact information to another member. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other members with whom you come in contact through Healthetreatment. By its very nature, other people’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that you will use caution and common sense when participating in the Site.

Because authentication of identity on the Internet is difficult, Healthetreatment cannot and does not confirm that each member is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in member-to-member dealings or control the behavior of members on the Site, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more members, you release Healthetreatment (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”

Changes and Limits to Service

Healthetreatment reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Changes are periodically made to the Site and may be made at any time. You acknowledge that Healthetreatment may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including how long content will be retained by the Service, maximum disk space on Healthetreatment’s servers, and maximum frequency or duration for accessing the Service. You agree that Healthetreatment has no responsibility or liability for any deletion or failure to store any messages or other content maintained or transmitted by the Service. You also agree that Healthetreatment reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Hyperlinks to Other Websites and Resources

The Site contains, and members and other third parties may provide links to third party web sites and resources of possible interest to members or visitors on the Internet or otherwise. Because Healthetreatment has no control over such web sites or resources, or the members, visitors or third parties who make such contributions, you acknowledge and agree that Healthetreatment is not responsible for the availability of such external web sites or resources. These links and resources are provided solely as a convenience to you. Healthetreatment does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such third party web sites or resources mentioned on or linked from the Site. Your use of such third party web sites or other resources is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions and policies and procedures of such sites or resources.

Your dealings with information providers or resources found on or through the Site, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such information provider or resource. You agree that Healthetreatment shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such information provider or resources on the Site.

Termination

You agree that Healthetreatment may at any time, with or without cause, immediately terminate this agreement with you (along with your Healthetreatment membership and your ability to access the Site and/or Service) without prior notice. Possible causes leading to a termination by Healthetreatment of a member’s membership and use of the Site include but are not limited to: (a) breach or violation of these Terms and Conditions or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) Healthetreatment is required to do so by law, (c) a request by you (self-initiated membership cancellation), (d) unexpected technical issues or problems, (e) extended periods of inactivity, (f) Healthetreatment is no longer providing the Service and (g) Healthetreatment is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Site or pursuant to registration. Healthetreatment has no obligation to maintain, store, or transfer to you information or data that you have posted on or uploaded to the Site. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by contacting us or by logging in and clicking on ‘delete my account’ under My Preferences. Healthetreatment will not be liable to the member or any third party for termination of membership or termination of access to the Site or Service.

These Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect while you are a user of the Site. Healthetreatment reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to removal of your Submissions from the Site and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Site and/or any Service. Even after you are no longer a user of the Site, certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect, including without limitation, the Sections entitled ‘Healthetreatment Content,’ ‘Site Restrictions,’ ‘Member Submissions,’ ‘Healthetreatment Liability,’ ‘Hyperlinks to Other Websites and Resources,’ ‘Identification of Agent to Receive Notification and Elements of Notification of Claimed Copyright or Trademark Infringement,’ ‘Policy Regarding Termination of Users Who Repeatedly Infringe the Copyright or Other Intellectual Property Rights of Others,’ ‘Disclaimer of Warranties,’ ‘Limitation of Liability,’ ‘Indemnification,’ and ‘General Legal Terms’.

Fees

Membership and use of the Site is currently free. Healthetreatment reserves the right to charge for membership and/or to provide additional optional services for a fee.

Advertising Policy

Healthetreatment hosts Google sponsored ads and links. Advertisements will be distinguished by the word “Advertisement”. Healthetreatment does not control the content of Google ads. Healthetreatment editorial content is free of any commercial influence.

Policy Regarding Termination of Users Who Repeatedly Infringe the Copyright or Other Intellectual Property Rights of Others

Healthetreatment respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. The unauthorized posting, reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, public display or public performance of copyrighted works constitutes infringement of the copyright owner’s rights. As a condition to your use of the Site, you agree not to use the Site to infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way. We will terminate the accounts of any users, and block access to the Site of any users who are repeat infringers of the copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, of others. We reserve the right to take these actions at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without any liability to the user who is terminated or to the user whose access is blocked.

HEALTHETREATMENT DOES NOT CONTROL OR ENDORSE ANY ACTIONS RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICE AND, THEREFORE, HEALTHETREATMENT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WITH REGARD TO ANY ACTIONS RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SITE OR SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT HEALTHETREATMENT, ITS PARTNERS, CONTRIBUTORS, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AFFILIATES AND THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED ON THE SITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PERSONAL INJURY/WRONGFUL DEATH OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES) OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF HEALTHETREATMENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (a) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, THE CONTENT OR THE SERVICE; (b) ANY ACTION YOU TAKE BASED ON THE INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE IN, THROUGH OR FROM THE SITE OR SERVICE, (c) YOUR FAILURE TO KEEP YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT DETAILS SECURE AND CONFIDENTIAL, (d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (e) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE OR SERVICE; (f) PARTICIPATION AS A MEMBER; or (g) THE USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT POSTED ON THE SITE OR SUBMISSIONS POSTED BY MEMBERS. HEALTHETREATMENT’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE OR YOUR USE OF THE CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SITE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Healthetreatment, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, (i) any Content or other material you provide to the Site, (ii) your use of any Content or (iii) your violation of these Terms and Conditions, Healthetreatment’s privacy policy or any breach of representations and warranties set forth herein.

Notices to members may be made by email at the email address you provide when registering your membership (or which you later update on the Site). Healthetreatment may also provide notices of changes to these Terms and Conditions or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the Site. If you want to withdraw your consent to receive notices electronically, you must discontinue your use of this Site. This Site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed.

International Use

Healthetreatment makes no claims that information on the Site is appropriate or may be lawfully viewed, accessed or downloaded outside of the United States. Information submitted to the Site will be collected, processed, stored, disclosed and disposed of in accordance with Healthetreatment’s Privacy Policy. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Site from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

General Legal Terms

The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Healthetreatment and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Healthetreatment. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Healthetreatment agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Massachusetts.

Healthetreatment, llc, Healthetreatment and other Healthetreatment logos and product and service names are trademarks of Healthetreatment. Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with Healthetreatment, nothing in these Terms and Conditions gives you a right to use or display any of these trademarks in any manner.

Healthetreatment may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions at any time to a subsidiary or parent company or to a successor to its business as part of a merger or sale of all or substantially all of its assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will be unaffected and remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. In addition, Healthetreatment’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed as a waiver of such term or otherwise affect Healthetreatment’s ability to enforce such term at any point in the future.
